I have been into this store on 3 occasions dealt with different members of staff. Each and everyone excellent service. Well done!! I know nothing about bikes, taken my lads bike in and they’ve looked at it and fixed it straight away without a fuss on 3 occasions. Your customer service was incredible and my lads bike wasn’t even bought from this store. I haven’t experienced a service like this in a long time. Thank you Carl and all the team for my smooth experience.
VERY GOOD AT SELLING YOU A BIKE. ALL SWEET TALK. BUT WHEN IT COMES TO AFTER CARE. THEY COMPLETE RUBBISH. ITS LIKE THEY ARE NOT INTRESTED. RANG A FEW TIMES IN WEST BROM STORE FOR A HUB CHANGE. "OH WE DONT HAVE ENOUGH TECHNICIANS". YOUR A BIKE SHOP. NOT A CONER SHOP. YOU HAVE TO BOOK IT IN. TAKE IT TO YOUR LOCAL BIKE MECHANIC. WAY BETTER. AND BETTER AT DOING THE JOB
Fantastic service. Ordered a bike and was sent a personal email saying it would be assembled Monday ( i ordered it on Thursday evening ). Got a phone call Friday asking me if I wanted my tires made tubeless for only £20. ( yes please ) then got a phone call saying they’d deliver my bike tomorrow ( Saturday ). Absolutely outstanding. I work in hospitality so I recognise customer service when I see it and the guys at leisure lakes are fantastic in that regard. I would highly HIGHLY recommend
5 members of staff behind the front counter and 1 having a cigarette by the front entrance. I had an extended browse and no one approached me... lazy!
