Great service and very helpful
Been today to pick a bike with my 11 year old for his birthday. A big thanks to Sam for helping us pick out his new specialized bike. Just been back to collect the same day and my lad is over the moon. And a massive thanks for sorting my husbands bike when they arrived so they could ride home together. Would highly recommended, amazing service start to finish. Lovely friendly people.

I came in to try and get a pair of ladies cycle trousers as there's always a good selection of ladies bike clothing here, with a good range of sizes. ( Unlike a lot of bike shops) Angela was very helpful with her suggestions and about trying on. However nothing fitted! I mentioned this to Wilf when I went with Batesy downstairs and he immediately started looking on the website to get exactly the type I wanted. I ordered 2 pairs of Madison in different sizes.
