When my parents first moved in about 15 yrs ago, the managers kept a close eye on residents and park spending. The park was well maintained and the atmosphere was caring and friendly. THINGS HAVE CHANGED. Two-three managers later, the space rent continues to climb, with little to show for it. Street cleaners used to come through, but that doesn't happen any longer. It's sad and frustrating that owners/managers of this senior park would meet the fixed incomes of these dear elderly residents with such little regard.
