Once again Jill and Pat at Leisure came through in the crunch. At 8am this morning I discovered that my 16 year old pool heater had died right before tomorrow's family pool party. Within 11 hours Jill personally delivered a replacement and coordinated the installation including returning to check on progress and staying late to provide the additional installation parts. This typifies the level of service I have experienced for the last 20+ years and why they're my ho to pool co. And now our children are also loyal customers.
Leisure Industries is an excellent place for all your pool needs. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help. Pat, in particular, was incredibly helpful — he provided us with all the information we needed about the water heater, arranged for a technician to install it, and even coordinated getting it delivered from the store. My father Jim, required some work to be done on his pool, including the replacement of the liner and the addition of several updates. He was very pleased with the work and the design of the liner that was chosen for him. Jill and the team did a fantastic job!
