they are not educated in the permitting process. Their plumbing subcontractor had no idea what he was doing. Basically they sell you a pool and then they wash their hands of you.
Jeromy helped us & we were very pleased! Purchased table & chairs from the outdoor display area & when it was delivered we were delighted to find out that they had extra in stock & he told them to send those to us! We bought Amish outdoor furniture. We were told when we bought ( and paid for) it that all pieces were in stock; however, when it was delivered, the coffee table was missing. When we called to inquire, we were told that it was on back order. That was one month ago. I called today as to the status of the order and was told it might be here next week or it could be two weeks. Oh my goodness, Bob Waldrop gave us the best customer service I have ever had. I had a lot of questions and he took the time to go over everything. I have never had a bad experience at the store but Bob went way above. Thanks for taking great care of me.
My wife and I stopped by Leisure Depot on Dorchester to look and see. We looked around and was approached by a sales person, Larry Walker who showed us furniture for our new screened porch through different eyes. He showed us the benefits of furniture that we did not think of and how, in the long run, we would save money on what we ended up purchasing. Hot tub quit working 1 week after warranty was up! Was first told that Annie would call me the next day to setup a service call and it would be $90 to look at. Then when I called there the next day Annie told me that they don’t work on hot tubs that our out of warranty! Really 1 week!! They did give me a number of someone to call! But 1 week out of warranty and the jets quit working and they won’t come fix it!
Howie at Leisure Depot has helped my family and I on several occasions. Every time it has been a pleasure dealing with him and his company. From the time of purchase and continued service after the sale.. I highly recommend if you are looking for any outdoor furniture, pools, or spas, this is the place to go.
