We had a seven person HotSpring Spa tub in our backyard. We were having issues with it, and the team at leisure depot, jumped into action to find where the leak was coming from. They worked tirelessly to find where the leak was coming from and if it could be repaired. In the end, we ended up getting a brand new hot spring spa tub. We looked at a pool on Mother's Day and Clayton was our salesperson. I was very happy when we left the store. when we got home, I went on Leisure Depots web page and saw where the pool package we purchased was cheaper online, so I called Clayton and he acted surprised and lowered the price, so I bought the pool. Oh my goodness, Bob Waldrop gave us the best customer service I have ever had. I had a lot of questions and he took the time to go over everything. I have never had a bad experience at the store but Bob went way above. Thanks for taking great care of me.
My wife and I went into Leisure Depot not knowing much about hot tubs. Mr. Luke Frost went out of his way to explain the various types according to size, motors, extras as well as routine upkeep.. We were thrilled when we saved a few thousand dollars on one we really liked at interest free for 60 months! This includes delivery, and initial setup too!
