We looked at a pool on Mother's Day and Clayton was our salesperson. I was very happy when we left the store. when we got home, I went on Leisure Depots web page and saw where the pool package we purchased was cheaper online, so I called Clayton and he acted surprised and lowered the price, so I bought the pool. RecommendedMy husband bought a pool from Leisure Depot for our family. The experience with the sales person was good. we have been trying to get our pool installed since July 27th, 2020. The installer showed up but wasn't prepared with the equipment he needed to do the job. He rescheduled with us instead of getting what he needed. We have yet to get our pool installed for one reason or another. I am beyond aggravated and totally upset.
A big shout out to Jeromy! He has been so helpful these past two years!! We have a Leisure Depot backyard and patio. I love the way my outdoor living space has come together. I wish I had more space for more. Started with a big green egg then hot tub and outdoor rollback furniture with a fire table. The a beautiful sofa with chairs for my screen enclosure. Just finished it off with a counter height bistro and umbrella.
Thank you so much to Howie for your patience, professionalism and all your help in ordering the perfect outdoor furniture for our home. We even got this set delivered within a week! The rest is in production and we’re so excited to see how it’s going to look when it gets here. If anyone is looking for quality outdoor furniture, see Howie at Leisure Depot. I would never ever recommend this business. When we purchased the pool they said it could be installed within a week. They had us wait a week and a half. That was no problem. However the sub contractors they have install is down right unprofessional. He came to our home for 2 hours dug the hole which was for the largest above pool they have, got to some water, got stuck making even a bigger mess, then told my husband he'd return in 2 days. Now it's dry and he said now he's gotten really busy so he can't come back for 3 weeks... read more

Howie is the BEST! We stopped by the other day just to look. Howie greeted us warmly. He even got me a coffee. He helped us find exactly what we needed for our back patio. I will be returning to Leisure Depot for my outdoor needs.
