I would not ever go to or recommend this company. We purchased a tub from them, when we had issues, they said they fixed them but did not. And later said we should go to another dealer closer an cheaper. 2-5 miles does not mean there cheaper. We finally called the company that made the spa (Viking Spa). They sent a reliable rep who was able to fix our issues. One being it had outdated parts (2017 in a 2019). The company was as shocked as the rep. Not grounded or hooked up properly. But sent all the part to repair it.... read more
Go somewhere else. These guys have horrible customer service. They don't return phone calls, don't deliver on promises for quotes and think they're the only professional dealer that can help. Trust me, there are plenty of others that have exceptional customer service. They should know who I am. I almost had nothing to give for Christmas. They are yet to call me back. Don't bother with them.
