Rented for years from them the place had mold growing everywhere. I was blamed for said mold over and over again. They are extremely unprofessional and rude. I would agree with all the 1 Star reviews.. If you’re thinking about renting I would try and go somewhere else if possible. I do not recommend Jody or Ashely both are rude and would rather fight you than believe or solve the issue. Prideful behavior. They might have good property’s but they have horrible customer service.

They acted snobby toward us. We offered a good deal where they could've had a year's rent, but wouldn't accept it. So we happily gave our money to another company.
