I booked Leis of Hawaii semi (1.5 days out) last minute as a surprise for my girlfriend's family when we flew into Honolulu and the greeter was very friendly and nice. We met him at baggage claim and he helped us with are bags and showed us where the rental car check in was as well. Additionally due to it being a surprise it made the families day and the greeter did an excellent job welcoming us. Lastly the greeter took our photos with the leis and sent them to us in a very timely fashion. This was nice so we really didn't h... read more

From start to finish, this experience was absolutely amazing. I booked the lei service the morning of our arrival, and they were incredibly communicative and responsive, which gave me peace of mind during a busy travel day. As soon as we landed, we were warmly greeted by Frank and Kaipo, who made us feel right at home with a traditional Aloha welcome.
