Absolutely the worst legal experience Ive ever had. Leinart Law Firm vanished the moment they got paid. If you have any issues with your trustee, lender, or even basic questions, good luck ever getting someone to respond with more than blaming someone else. Even for their own employees actions. Youll show up to scheduled appointments and be left sitting in an empty office for over an hour, forgotten. Don't ever work with these attorneys you will totally regret it because they will set you up for failure do to their negligence and lack of communication and empathy towards their *********** will be pretty much representing ************* to find attorneys who are better qualified and can emphasize with their clients then these clowns.

absolutely horrible law firm. You will have no support no one will be able to answer any of your questions. they always call me to verify if they are paying the correct trustee when THEY should already know. Currently in the middle of trying to get my property back in my name - this company had no idea that someone changed my property over to another name nor can they help rectify the situation. I will be so glad when I am done with this law firm. DO NOT GO HERE.

I filed my chapter 13 with the firm a little over two years ago now. I had my intake and paperwork filed with the attorney named *************************. During my intake he advised me to stop withholding Federal taxes from my paycheck to avoid the Trustee from intercepting my tax return. I did as he advised. Unfortunately this resulted in me receiving a $4,000 bill from the *** for the 2022 year, which is now racking up interest.
