iT SEEMS THEY APPROACH BANKRUPTCY AS A ONE SIZE FITS ALL APPROACH MINE WAS SO BUNGLED I CANT GET A CREDIT CARD PROCESSOR FOR MY BUSINESS AND I THOUGHT ALLMAN LAW WAS BAD DURING THE WHOLE TIME THE CASE WAS GOING ON GETTING A RETURN CALL WAS LIKE PULLING TEETH YEAH 2 WEEKS NO RETURN CALL YOULL PROBABLY BE BETTER OFF READING SOME BOOKS AND DOING IT YOURSELF

First and foremost if you have any questions don’t be in a hurry to get a response. Second, whatever you do, don’t let someone T-bone and total your car and expect to get your money from the insurance company because the trustee will keep it tied up. I still have no idea what the attorney fees are for because they certainly don’t help when needed. Lastly, I would NEVER recommend this law firm to anyone.

Got Married, the Trustee looked at our Tax form and not taking into account my wife's expenses and wanted to Jump my payment $1000 a month! This bunch worked against me more than helped. they figured my yearly salary using three paychecks that I just happened to have a bonus and some OT and figured my yearly above $60,000, I HAVE NEVER MADE EVEN $50,000 IN A YEAR EVER AND HAVE THE TAX FORMS TO PROVE IT!!! I tried to offer the tax forms and was blown off by the Paralegal, told "the goal is to keep the payment low right?" and ... read more
