I can’t even begin to tell you how impressed I am with this company from the get go. My daughters insurance denied her helmet at another company and that company just basically said it is out of pocket for. There are so many reasons to pick this office/ company. Jo at the front desk is always pleasant and accomodating and even helped us work through the insurance side of things, which, let's face it, can often be difficult. We worked with Sam today- she was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and kind. She took her time with us- showing us all the adjustments and explained everything to us. I needed to purchase orthopedic shoe inserts. I worked with Greg and Jim during the process. Initially I had a misunderstanding about how my insurance would handle this purchase. Jim went above and beyond to rectify my misunderstanding. Greg went above and beyond to ensure a proper fit with my insoles and explained my wear patterns. I HIGHLY recommend this company!
