I refuse to go here. My kiddo needs braces, so I called to get the ball rolling (which I immediately regretted). The receptionist, who I believe is named Joe, is VERY unprofessional and her customer service skills are very poor; she is short tempered and always has an attitude. I cannot recommend Leimkuehler in North Royalton highly enough. My clinician has spared no effort to ensure that my custom orthoses are working optimally. He has also gone to great lengths to devise a solution for me that would work in dress shoes. He has spent all the time necessary to make this happen, and encouraged me to come back in case I need anything further. Again, highest recommendation.

We are so incredibly thankful for Greg and the amazing care he gave our son, Weston, during his helmet journey. I can’t even begin to tell you how impressed I am with this company from the get go. My daughters insurance denied her helmet at another company and that company just basically said it is out of pocket for. That did not sit well with me at all at the fact that this company didn’t fight or hear my comments that my daughter’s condition is not the same as insurance standards.
