They refuse to fix a parking lot light that is flashing like a disco ball into my bedroom. It's been like this for months. Emails and calls go unanswered. Maybe a bad review will get them to move faster.....probably not though.
Recommendation: DO NOT DEAL or PURCHASE from this COMPANY I have demonstrated interested in purchasing building lots from this company I have tried to get very basic info regarding the lots I spoke with some expert staff and their lawyer and both were unable to answer simple questions regarding setbacks. They do not have this information. They have tried to re-direct me to my own architect.
