Does anyone know what is her new office number/location? Because DePaul Medical Associates not giving it up....I’m thinking they don’t want to lose patients, but I only know her.
This office is incompetent. Had a virtual appointment today and I missed the check in call they neglected to tell me about due to cleaning my house and I've been on the phone for 40 minutes trying to get someone on the line to get me IN to my appointment. Already been hung up on once in the process. Still on the phone. I've by passed my appointment time through out all of this. RIDICULOUS! I have a problem I needed to be seen for and this is what I get.
