About Leila Arboretum Society The mission of Leila Arboretum Society is to provide our community and visitors with the finest botanical garden of its size in America. widow of cereal magnate C.W. Post, donated 72 acres of land to the city of Battle Creek that had formerly been the site of the Battle Creek Country Club. She envisioned a center for culture amid the beauty of nature.

This would be a wonderful site for a Woodstock group called Magic Bus. They have played at the Hippie Fest in Kalamazoo for the past two years. They play at many city parks throughout Michigan and have quite a following. They have played at Victory Park in Albion and will there again in September.
A treasure which many hands and hearts must find priority to maintain with loving hands. This space has given me sustenance since the 1950's.
It doesn't look scary. You can a graduation party there, and they have a lot of totem poles

Loved the carved trees. The museum has lots of great animals and birds and a fun play spot for kids too.
Had a great time with the kids Pokemon hunting. That was until I got stung by yellow jackets around the big metal arch things
