A very talented dietian professional who I'd like to suggest to anybody wanting to lose weight. My results with Layla Bruino so far have been incredible and I'm already down a couple inches off my waist. Her expectations are realistic and she knows you can't just stop cold turkey overnight. Which is why she makes sure to gradually weane you off stuff with high fats and empty carbs. Plus it's nice to know that she accepts most insurance plans in case mine changes in the future.
