I had a wonderful dinner at Leila, and it was one of the most memorable dining experiences I had in Detroit. The restaurant has a beautiful, elegant atmosphere with a modern Middle Eastern touch that feels both inviting and unique. I loved this restaurant. I came with my boyfriend and we tried a few things but our favorite was the batata harra. We loved our waitress Daisy! She was so sweet and helped us a lot to make our choices. We’ll definitely be back.
Beautiful restaurant with a great atmosphere and interior design. The service was excellent, and they have a solid drink menu. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to the ambiance. It wasn’t bad, but for the price I expected much better quality and flavor. I’d come back for the drinks and atmosphere, but not necessarily for the food.
One of the best restaurants in downtown Detroit. The food is amazing and so is the service and atmosphere. The haloumi is served cold each time we get it, which I understand is a very hard thing to keep warm, so I would recommend making it right before the food goes out or removing it from the menu. Overall, this place is extremely good and would highly recommend going!
