Very Rude staff. They all need customer service training.
The receptionist has a nasty attitude and treats you like trash when she doesn't know the situation. I'd love to call her some nasty names but in fear of this review being taken down I won't.
I called to ask a couple of questions about my account. The person who answered my phone call was very rude. Her name was Nora, I started to explain the reason I called and she cut me off right away and asked for my social security number. She then pulled up my account and let me know my balance and asked if I wanted to take care of the balance today. The staff here is the most rudest staff I've ever dealt with in my life. I work in customer service and I could never imagine talking down to people because they apparently owe money. I attended Baker back in 2016 and 2017 per Baker's attendance policy. I drop my classes the first day of classes which apparently something happened and they did not fully drop but their attendance policy states if you don't attend classes first day or missed two consecutive classes you're automatically withdrew from the Class. I am very disappointed with this firm. Despite approaching the staff with nothing but respect, I was met with an incredibly rude attitude and horrible customer service from Nora. It is clear from other reviews that this is a recurring issue here. Professionalism and basic courtesy should be a given in this industry, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you value being treated like a human.
