The staff here is the most rudest staff I've ever dealt with in my life. I work in customer service and I could never imagine talking down to people because they apparently owe money. I attended Baker back in 2016 and 2017 per Baker's attendance policy. I drop my classes the first day of classes which apparently something happened and they did not fully drop but their attendance policy states if you don't attend classes first day or missed two consecutive classes you're automatically withdrew from the Class. I am very disappointed with this firm. Despite approaching the staff with nothing but respect, I was met with an incredibly rude attitude and horrible customer service from Nora. It is clear from other reviews that this is a recurring issue here. Professionalism and basic courtesy should be a given in this industry, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you value being treated like a human.

I have told them repeatedly that my daughter does not live with me and that she lives out of state. The have tried repeatedly to serve her at my address regardless and now have had the process server to just place the second summons under my patio chair. When I called them they are rude and stare they are still going to file for default which you cannot do without proper service. When I asked for proof of what my debt was, I was hung up on and then they refused to answer phone calls from my phone number anymore.
