When we landed early i had already received a text that our greeter would meet us at baggage claim. It took a bit for the airplane to get to the gate and a long walk to baggage claim. When we arrived my wife was very excited to be getting a Lei. The leis were beautiful and a great way to start our Hawaiian vacation. But the greeter seemed a bit rushed, I tried getting a picture of my wife getting lei'd but it didn't work out. Outstanding service
Fantastic service and beautiful flowers!
The greeting and presentation were PERFECT!!!! Thank you. However, we are very disappointed in the quality of the flowers. We were told to keep in the refrigerator, but 3 days later we can’t wear them. Sad.
Company was on time and greeted us upon arrival at the luggage claim area. They monitor arrival times frequently and text you after arrival. Gentleman who greeted us was professional and gladly took pictures for us. Overall, great service.
