Aimee went above and beyond to welcome my family to Oahu. I had waited to the last minute, and she was still able to help. I highly recommend their services. This kind of customer service is hard to find.
Exactly what I expected! I booked the lei greeting as a surprise for my wife and Adriana was great. Communication was perfect as I received a text from her when we landed and she was waiting at our baggage claim carousel when we arrived. Perfect Aloha greeting and was helpful with answering questions and getting us to the ride share pickup spot. Perfect way to start our vacation.
We were greeted with our lei's at the Kona airport, and everyone in my family just loved the surprise! The flowers were fresh and beautiful. And the lei's were handcrafted very well. We even brought the men's lei home to dry them out as a reminder of our trip!
I spoke to Aimee on the phone when I booked (last minute!) and she was so friendly and made booking very easy. She ended up being the person that greeted us at the airport and she was even better in person! I would highly recommend!
Leis were beautiful and communication was amazing. Especially considering our flight was 4 hours late!!
