is this the same dr asuncion that had a practice on deer park rd in gaithersburg, if so i thought he was convicted of drug use several years ago with same of his other doctors in that group
Answers about tests are not relayed by staff many times, also medication refills are not always sent to the person in charge to get the doctors okay to refill. The new system they have where you get a recording instead of a person, can be very frustrating.
My first time visiting this doctor was fine except for the front desk not very friendly she is using her cellphone and customer service is not great. While waiting in the waiting room. I heard saying that no opening appointment that doctor is busy but waiting room is not that busy.
