This office is awful. Dr Tewes is a good dr but the whole office is disorganized. If you need blood work you will have to confirm it’s been submitted before you go. If you need prescriptions you will have to call and follow up on your own. Good luck getting a preauthorization for a medication to your insurance. I am running out of my prescription and no one can do anything. I called on 9/4/2025 and 9/9, 9/10, 9/11 now it’s 9/12/2025 and nothing not even in progress. Super lame and feel like an no one cares. He is the worse doctor he makes you to refill and takes forever for everything and this office has very bad customer service they all talk over you when you are trying to talk this office should close me my will never go back to this doctor because he sucks and this office should close because they suck
