I only worked with Paul on the plumbing side of this company, but he is simply a fantastic human being. When everyone else told me I needed a new water heater and had a few days wait to get it installed, he came over within hours on a Saturday and looked it over. Forty minutes, a few parts, and it's working like new at one-tenth of the price. He said I might get another ten years out of that sucker, and I believe him.
