Considering like most nhs understaffed and overworked there doing there best so plse don't curse or abuse the staff they can only do so much
I have just returned from a visit to the walk in centre where my daughter needed treatment for two ear piercings that had become very infected. The two nurses ( I think) who treated her were incredible and were able to remove both piercings. My daughter was clearly in a lot of pain and very distressed but they just kept her calm and worked wonders! I cannot thank them enough - you were fab! Thank you!
Need some chairs,with arms to help people with mobility problems having just had a hip replacement went for staples removed nurse did great job was turned away the night before as they whereto busy so went early morning next day very cold and uncomfortable in the waiting room and drinks machine not working
I visited this afternoon on the advice of my GP as we were concerned that I might have a fracture. All the staff, including the two receptionists, Rachel the triage nurse and her colleague, the radiologist and her colleagues, and Jo the nurse who assessed my x-rays and injured joint, were fantastic. They were all very polite, friendly and professional. They are a real credit to Leigh Walk In Centre and the NHS. I am very grateful for your help and advice 🥰
Went there today, waited patiently at the window while a woman ignored my presence. Then I got asked if she could help me, I explained the reason for visit,at which point she said have I read the notice ?? I asked what notice,it was on next window saying no more patients. The disgusting way which she spoke ,in a demeaning manner was rude and I wonder how that person could be a receptionist at NHS Leigh walk in
