Very professional and efficient. Wait time was not too bad and the staff were excellent.
I visited last night after my stitches reopened when I was at work. All staff from when I arrived was really friendly especially the triage nurse Eve who was so kind and caring. Any question wasn’t too much trouble and the professionalism throughout was amazing If I have any problems I would come again.
Turned up with a suspected broken wrist only to be told no treatment was available due to staff shortages. Only advice was available but I'd already had advice from NHS111, who told me to go to my nearest walk in centre.
Zero stars from me came in with my 11 year old son who was having an allergy to his antibiotics which could escalate to anaphylaxis, but was basically told go away we are full. Outrageous and a total breach of their obligations
