Super Professional and St. Lukes facilities are the best
Very disappointing initial visit. Hopkins was very nonchalant. Virtually no information regarding the injury Condition was communicated. I was wearing a knee brace and it seemed to throw him off...even though I was there for a knee injury . After a 4 minute exam he claimed there was nothing that could be done to rectify the injury, and offered a cortisone injection. The idea isn’t to mask the pain, it’s to treat the root cause. He gave up before we even had a chance to get started.
I had to wait over an hour and half to been seen by Dr. Hopkins. First his PA was sent in (after I waited the hour and half) to see what was going on then he came in. He said he couldn't read my open MRI results yet the doctor who referred me in the same office saw them just fine. He told me I should do PT but that had already been done and made things worse. He then told me I needed to see an actual shoulder specialist and referred me. He really didn't seem to care.
