Failed to follow through. My family hired Lee Daniels and Andrea Cates to represent my daughter Lauren after her father passed away in March 2020. We paid a fee of 3000$ and received next to nothing, except much grief. This is December 2022 and we discovered Andrea Cates had moved to Mobile Al without and notifications or apologies from either of these attorneys. If I could rate this place any lower than one star I would!!! I hired Jamerson Godsey back in 2017 because my sons father sent me some piece of paper stating that he was basically going after my son and if I didn't legally reply to the letter in 10 days then he would get custody is how I PERSONALLY took it! Come to find out I could've just gone to the courthouse and legally answered the letter myself without representation but I instead went to consult with Mr. Godsey..... worst decision of my life! My daughter was in need of representation for what turned out to be a nasty divorce. I wanted a female attorney for her that would be able to relate as a woman the things that my daughter was having to put up with. I picked the best! Leigh Daniel got involved quickly and met with my daughter learning that her husband was a bipolar narcissist. Leigh has a much experience with this type of person.
