Dr. Swank is a wonderful physician. She is straight to the point, listens to me well, and provides me with whatever care I need at the moment. She addresses my problem with care, concern and proceeds to either fix my problem or point me in the direction that can fix it. Immediately felt comfortable and confident my very first visit. She’s taken care of me ever since!
Clinical Staff is rude and the CNP doesn’t take into consideration her patient’s overall health history when deciding the best healthcare options. She doesn’t listen to the patients concerns at all!! There are good providers out there but this provider isn’t one of them.
