We had a great experience with Leidos QTC Health Services! The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, and the diverse, friendly staff made my son feel very comfortable from start to finish. Everyone was caring, professional, and treated us like real people… not just another appointment. The therapist was knowledgeable and competent, which made the entire process even smoother. These people NEVER answer the phone. LoL.
These people have no idea how to use their phones, they are rude and impatient. They put you on hold for hours and move you around from person to person because they are incompetent. I called the number to schedule an appointment and somehow I was a tier 2 call and had to get put on hold again.... Hire people who are experienced and pay them good money. You are the definition of government contractors
