I had a great experience with Leichhardt Volkswagen - I got a water pump replaced in my car and I have to say that Erick was incredibly helpful and provided fantastic customer service from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. He was also able to get my car in and fixed within the same week while Volkswagen Mascot & Rockdale had wait times of 2 & 6 weeks for an appointment. The repair was also $200 less than what Mascot quoted me. Highly recommend!
Manfred from Volkswagen Leichhardt assisted us in our car purchase journey with friendly, respectful and passionate service. He cared about our personal situation and finding the right car that fit us. He went above and beyond, in short notice, to secure a test drive for us with a demonstration model that was not located in the shop on that day and this occurred over a weekend. On 15. February 2025, I paid VW Leichhardt a AUD 5,000 deposit on a custom‑configured VW via VW’s online configurator. VW Leichhardt promised monthly updates, but I never received a single proactive status email — and it didn’t stop there. My own messages — especially those requesting a refund — went unanswered until I mentioned Fair Trading NSW.
