It's OK to take walking appointments
Some staff at the reception needs training in how to speak to people, there's a specific Asian lady who is always rude, will interrupt you while speaking and shows no emphaty. Her attitude and tone of her voice is terrible, like how dare you bothering her by calling the gp and she'll talk down on you.
Absolutely rubbish and poor staff quality
I have open their website to put a review on google and i m not amazed that people didn't even give them a star and even everyone feel so irritated . I have to wait 45 minutes to get an injection .this is ridiculous. Highly disappointed with it . Its my second time i have come there . I cane first time and i was late by 3 min then they were like no we can't give u appointment now . U have to take another one and now i have waited for so long to just get an injection . Highly irresponsible behaviour by the staff
I’ve been on waiting lists over a year and now I can’t see out of one eye please do not join this doctors you probably get worse or die before you get seen they should close there doors
