Recently i registered for my wife, and she need an urgent diagnose, but they refused that the application was registered there
First time at Leicester medical Centre reception was great really helpful and a nice guy, Doctor was professional and listened to me, only downside is that there is no parking.
ATROCIOUS APPALLING BEHAVIOUR from reception when I walked in with my son needing urgent medical attention. Was told to ‘just call an ambulance’ when he was clearly in distress and they couldn’t be bothered to pick up the phone and call one for me. AVOID THIS ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING PLACE, PATHETIC BEHAVIOUR
I was so disappointed with the way patients were treated by the receptionist.That was really unprofessional to witness such things.Seriously action needs to be taken. I have never seen such behaviour in my entire life.
