After a last-minute issue with our Mother’s Day flowers, this florist completely came through for us and exceeded every expectation. The arrangements were absolutely beautiful — elegant, fresh, and thoughtfully designed. I’m extremely disappointed with this florist. We received a bouquet from them as a gift, and unfortunately, it was very poor quality. All of the roses were already old and wilting, and the arrangement itself looked like it was made with the cheapest possible filler flowers. It completely took away from what should have been a thoughtful and beautiful gesture. Delivery driver was asked not to ring the doorbell because we have a newborn. They rang the doorbell and woke us up anyway. Then the next day they showed up and rang the doorbell again at 830AM because they forgot the chocolates. The chocolates are old and grey and nearly expired. The teddy bear add-on has a wooden skewer glued up its rear, making it useless for a child to hold. The flowers looked bad too. Would never shop here, terrible value
