Loyalty to customers is nada. Customer service is heinous. Not communicative and really disheartening when a company doesn't stand behind its warranty. Will wait to see if anything changes.

We worked with Victor at Royal Green...he steered us toward the right appliances for a brand new kitchen, then when we made changes to our plan, he steered us to the right appliances again! He was a pleasure to work with, very patient and knowledgable! He also save us a good amount of money because he knew his appliances! I knew what a/c's I wanted and they were available at prices competitive with Home Depot and Lowe's. The installation (also at competitive prices) was efficiently and quickly done. Should I need any other appliances in the future, this is where I'm going.
My experience with Leiberts was excellent and I would recommend them to friends.
Got a great washer and dryer. Staff was knowledgeable and service couldn't be beat. Both the purchase and installation were hassle free.

Experience purchasing window AC at Leiberts and having it installed by HIP was excellent. Price for AC was better than I had found online or anywhere else, and the extra cost for type of installation that was necessary was well worth the money.
