If I could give this company a negative star, that would still be too high. We had our windows installed in 2022 and now 4 years, unfulfilled promises, damaged window frames from incorrect reinstalling of our blind and 2 damaged windows from original installation, we still have no resolutions. I learned about LEI Home Enhancements when 2 women knocked on my door. I NEVER buy anything from door-to-door salespeople, BUT I felt that I really wanted to listen to their sales pitch. Am I glad I did. I bought a new patio door (slider) which I was in desperate need of at the time. My old door was 31 years old. I had to stuff newspaper in my door to keep the cold and heat out. My new slider is amazing. I love how it looks and how it keeps my house warm. Thank you LEI!!!
