I have tried calling LEI in Round Rock all day and it rings once and then it hangs up. Are they even in business anymore???
LEI replaced all my 1976 windows with the triple pane (argon filled) windows. Their team of experts (Emily & Amanda) performed the removal & replacement in a phenomenal amount of time. The installation, caulking and mortar work are perfect. I am extremely satisfied with my new windows.
We used LEI to replace all the original windows in our home to double-paned vinyl, based on a recommendation from a friend. Having most of the windows for four years now, we still love them! They have held up well in Austin's extreme temperatures, and our energy bill proves they do save energy! Drew has been very responsive. LEI Home Enhancements put in new windows throughout my whole house and I couldn't be happier. They did a wonderful job. The installers were very professional and made sure I has happy with everything. My windows are beautiful and my house looks so much nicer.
Door-to-door sales team representing this company ignores both HOA regulations prohibiting solicitation in the neighborhood as well as a very bold "NO SOLICITATION, NO EXCEPTIONS" sign posted inches away from the video doorbell used to leave a detailed sales pitch message. If they can't be professional enough to respect HOA regulations and posted signs, don't expect them to be professional in other areas.
