How’s everyone’s windows holding up?
My husband and I recently started working with Shane at LEI Home Enhancements for new siding and windows. He's been extremely easy to work with and has a very down-to-earth personality. He answered all of our questions during the siding and window presentations, and never once made us feel pressured. He was transparent with the cost and we felt at ease in our decision to go with LEI for our home improvements!
You know how they say First impressions last? Shane was my first impression of LEI, the company. He wasn't your typical fast talking sales man. Shane was personable, knowledgeable, honest and attentive to my vision. I've never felt more comfortable with sitting with someone for a quote. Needless to say I didn't send him off with a "let me think about it" like the 3 salesmen prior to him.
Shane was a great and efficient salesman. We just had the window measurements confirmed and are awaiting production and installation, which is the true test. So far we are happy.
Shane was very professional and knowledgeable and Scott that came out and did measurements was friendly and courteous. Great team to work with thus far in our process of getting new windows for our 98 year old home.
