To say it is a mental health practice they have no compassion and don’t communicate well when you need to get in contact with any Dr oh there only one on a Saturday
If I can give no stars I would. This is a place I recommend for no one to go. Dr. Thomas doesn't listen, applies her own agenda on you when it isn't appropriate. If you have any type of behavior/learning disabilities this is NOT the place to be. I highly recommend you go to you PCP and find an alternative. I was lucky to find better care, but I have a team of doctors that have known my medical issues since I was a child. My daughter is currently receiving services from this agency and doing great. The office staff is accommodating and supportive. Her counselor is good at what she does, and I feel she has progressed since she’s been here.
I had the same issues as these other folks. We've been trying to see a child phycologist for months, months, this is children's mental health we're talking about and it takes months to get an appointment, the first one was cancelled by the office for God knows what then we make a second appointment only to end up seeing a medication specialist, then we make another appointment, it's not for another month and by this time we're getting ready to move. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! Where do I begin. My 2 adopted kids have already been through enough trauma for one life let alone their young lives. We recently moved here and struggling to find services made an appointment. We waited months for the initial consultation only to wait longer for medical approval. After they were assigned the same counselor whose inability to manage her schedule is an understatement. There are no office visits. The counseling is in home.
