When I talked to them, they said they’d stop in never did never answered the calls after that waited 24 hours. Still no answer. No word from them would not recommend them for emergency service definitely.
I have made many calls and numerous voicemails to take care of my bill. Troy NEVER, NEVER returns calls. Troy has said a couple times "I'll call when I get back to the office" . Never does. I am so tired of chasing him just to give him money. He sends me bills with added interest for non-payment! WHAT A CROOK!! Totally unethical and unprofessional.

I have oil heat and my furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days of the year. Mark came by within an hour of my call, diagnosed the issue (a sensor had stopped functioning), and installed a replacement part. My heat was back on right away and my bill was lower than what I was expecting. I highly recommend.
Best pricing around. Great to work with. We had 4 other quotes and they are by for the most reasonable!!!! Will work with them in the future. Thanks
