Great customer service. Very friendly and explained everything clearly. They handled the process of getting/returning a rental car for me and it was seamless.
I made an appointment, but never got a call confirming a time. I ended up going to a junkyard and replacing my window myself for $30 instead of paying $200+ with Caliber.
Excellent customer service. Quality work. I don’t know if this is standard procedure, but they washed and vacuumed my car. It was the cleanest it’s ever been. Very nice.
