Got my deer processed here. Mother in Law picked it up for me. So far the tenderized backstrap and the summer sausage was amazing! If your looking for a new recipe for back strap. Cast iron skillet, 3/4 heat, cook it in butter for 2 1/2 minutes per side. Pull it off onto a plate, hit each slice with a coating of real butter, light salt and pepper and then cowboy butter seasoning. Let it rest 5 minutes before indulging.
