I have enjoyed working with Jason for over 4 years and he has helped me so much in navigating my mental health and personal growth. I began seeing him at a very difficult time in my life. He’s helped me with processing trauma, overcoming anxiety and has been an amazing support over the years. I don’t think I would be where I am today if it wasn’t for his help. He is understanding, non-judgmental, friendly, caring and incredibly knowledgeable. I highly recommend him as a counsellor.
