I am very disappointed with Lehman Subaru North Miami. I suspected they were trying to get more money from me each time I take my car for service. This time I have additional proof they are really trying to make more money. Almost every time I go there they find something wrong with my car. I work at home and only use the car locally. The 2016 Forester has about 50,000 miles. I am driving less than 5,000 miles per year. Yet every 6 months I need an oil change and I take the car to the dealer. First off, I can honestly say that this dealership will go the extra mile to satisfy their customers. I have personally experienced that type of customer service. I was listened to as to what my desires were in a vehicle to be purchased and every effort was put forth. I rarely take time to do a review good or bad but I must say that I had a terrible experience when I drove an hour to purchase a pre owned Jeep from this dealer. They show you one price and when you get there, they tell you you have a reconditioning fee and another $3000 on add on that you don’t want or need. They say it’s mandatory to purchase lojack and some other made up warranties.
