They take forever to repair any of their properties
Ever since Sheila left the company, the quality of service here has completely gone downhill. The new management and maintenance supervisor do not respond to requests or fix issues in a timely manner. We’ve placed multiple maintenance requests, and no one ever gets back to us. On top of that, the property has become poorly maintained — there are ongoing pest and rodent problems that have yet to be addressed, despite repeated reports. Everything was fine with the management group until move out. They have policy to inform them regarding moving out 30 days in advance which I did. Never heard back. My appfolio was on autopay. They charged me for the month of August even though I moved out and returned the keys by July 31st. They received the keys and have been avoiding my emails regarding my refund for the month of August and the security deposit. What horrible customer service. Especially when they have overcharged me before and instantly refunded. But NOW... read more
