Ever since Sheila left the company, the quality of service here has completely gone downhill. The new management and maintenance supervisor do not respond to requests or fix issues in a timely manner. We’ve placed multiple maintenance requests, and no one ever gets back to us. Everything was fine with the management group until move out. They have policy to inform them regarding moving out 30 days in advance which I did. Never heard back. My appfolio was on autopay. They charged me for the month of August even though I moved out and returned the keys by July 31st. They received the keys and have been avoiding my emails regarding my refund for the month of August and the security deposit. What horrible customer service. Especially when they have overcharged me before and instantly refunded. But NOW... read more

Mucho cuidado al intentar rentar una propiedad con esa asociación, son unos ladrones, yo apliqué para un apartamento mi aplicación fue aprobada ellos me enviaron un contrato de renta por el apartamento que yo avía aplicado y días después me cancelaron el contrato de renta lo eliminaron del la página del condominio diciendo que ese apartamento ya no estaba disponible y que me podían ofrecer otro yo les dije que no y que me devolvieran el dinero de mi aplicación la señorita Sacha empezó a dar excusas sin sentido de que elevarí... read more
