I've been with Dr Tunick for several years. He's very thorough and likes to test to validate decisions to a particular course of treatment. Also, very good at explaining in simple terms so anyone can understand. He's a solid choice of cardiologist! Office staff is friendly & efficient.
Dr. Karp has been my physician for well over 20 years. Even moving as far as I did, I feel comfortable enough to make the drive to see him rather than seek out a local doctor. Always find him in a good mood and feel he takes my health seriously, in spite of my reluctance to follow his orders. Great guy.
He delivered my first daughter. I came back to him now with my soon to be son! I wouldn't have any other doctor.
STAY AWAY! Dr L was brought in by my PCP to repair a dislocated compound fracture of my ankle. Nothing but problems! I asked for a dr who had operated on my other leg, but was told my fractures were too serious to transport to Pittsburgh. Dr. Lehman said "I might not have been able to do that, but I can do this." When I wasn't getting better he referred to my history of depression (long controlled) he wrote in his notes this was my problem! Recently had my ankle repaired by my Pgh dr!
In my case, Dr. Kaye was presented with an issue that was far from routine, yet he correctly diagnosed my problem and skillfully repaired it surgically. It was a relief to have return of function; and I did not have to be referred to another physician, or have further surgical intervention! Our tristate community is fortunate to have Dr. Kaye!
I have had multiple bad experiences with this physician and his physicians assistant. With Todd NcCaslin personally, I faxed a series of questions to him about my insulin regimen and dropped a copy off at the office. The first was sent 15 days ago. The copy was dropped off at the office 5 days ago. I have yet to receive an answer. In reference to his physicians assistant, she severely mis-diagnosed a skin condition causing me a great deal of money un-necessarily and a lot of discomfort.
I had a follow-up with Dr. Kaye after an ER visit for a broken wrist. The office was easy to find, had very short wait times and the staff was extremely helpful. Dr. Kaye explained my options, set up a solid plan for surgery and performed the operation without a hitch. Dr. Kaye is an honest, efficient, skilled professional and I'm blessed he was available to repair my wrist - I am very pleased with the outcome.
He listens, he really cares & if he feels you need a specialist he will not hesitate to recommend someone. I really like & respect Dr McCaslin. Best doc ever!
I would not recommend Dr Arora to friends or family. She is vague and made me feel like I was taking up her time. As a parent of 3, my youngest child has seen Dr. Arora the past few times for sick visits. The last two times she was sick it required two visits each, both times for the first visit I was told, ears and lungs clear, its viral, 7-10 she should be fine. Within 7 days I am back, she says must be bacterial, if she has strep, or an ear infection the antibiotic will take care of it.
