Dr. L repaired my leg for me. He did a decent job. The reason he gets a 1 star is for his complete lack in bedside manner. He doesn’t listen, brushes off your issues, rushes through exams, and doesn’t leave the room saying goodbye. He’ll literally just leave the room mid conversation and not come back. I’ve been in medicine for some time and he is great example of how you should NOT treat your patients.

Dr. Lehman did a wonderful job surgically repairing my shoulder. The entire experience was very positive.

My rotator cuff surgery went very well. I experienced little pain. Dr. Lehman also treated my torn meniscus in 2019. Very pleased with that surgery also.

I visited Dr. Lehman for a 2nd opinion rotator cuff repair. He was thorough, knowledgable, and very helpful. He performed the rotator cuff surgery, and he and his entire staff did a great job. They are so efficient, professional and compassionate. A model for other practices!

Not a good listener, poor bedside manner, complete lack of follow up on tests, poor surgical results and aftercare. Visited practice post knee surgery due to extreme pain and swelling and they told me they didn’t have a diagnosis, that I should just “rest”.

I saw Dr Lehman in January after being referred from the hospital for wrist and arm pain. He was very rude to me and would not listen when I tried to explain my symptoms. He had an x-ray done and told me he couldn't help me send me to a neurologist. The neurologist asked about my neck and I told him that Dr Lehman brushed me off. SEVEN months later I am requesting records from Dr Lehman because the issue has been in my neck this entire time and should have been caught by him!!!! STAY AWAY! Dr L was brought in by my PCP to repair a dislocated compound fracture of my ankle. Nothing but problems! I asked for a dr who had operated on my other leg, but was told my fractures were too serious to transport to Pittsburgh. Dr. Lehman said "I might not have been able to do that, but I can do this." When I wasn't getting better he referred to my history of depression (long controlled) he wrote in his notes this was my problem! Recently had my ankle repaired by my Pgh dr!

I waited to see the dr for over 30 minutes once being taken to a room. I MAY have seen the doctor for 2 minutes maximum. He came in and examined me very briefly, made a rude comment about my size and seemed completely unsympathetic to the level of pain I was dealing with due to my injury. Another doctor entered the room in the middle of my exam and he just spoke with her for the remainder. I will definitely be locating a different ortho doctor for a second opinion and for any further needs.

I have had a very positive experience with Dr. Lehman. I had a MASSIVE rotator cuff tear, where there was a concern about putting me back together. Dr. Lehman did put me back together and even though I was in pain, I could tell my shoulder was better than it had been for months. I highly recommend him!
