Stay away from this dealership. They are dishonest and will waste your time. I spoke with the salesperson and agreed already with the OTD price to make sure we're not wasting any time. Car was advertised for 23k, agreed OTD was 28k as long as we finance with them (I was willing to pay cash). Took some time off from work to go there to complete the deal. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE SALES DEPARTMENT. WE PURCHASED A CAR ABOUT A YEAR AGO AND THEY PROMISED US A SPARE KEY. I WENT BACK 4 TIMES TO PICK IT UP AND SPOKE WITH MULTIPLE MANAGERS AND THE PERSON THAT SOLD ME THE CAR. THEY REFUSED TO PROVIDE ME THE KEY EVEN THOUGH THEY PROMISED TO DO SO. This is the worst place to buy a car. On Dec 4, 2025. I bought a Lexus put $10,000. Had no need for GAP Insurance but Kyra in the finance department sold it to me anyway. Mislead me to believe I needed it when come to find out. I didn’t need the GAP because I put $10,000. down on a car I paid $20,000 for. There’s no need for GAP. I cannot stress this enough, if there was a zero rating available I would use it endlessly. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in April 2025. Due to my military obligations, I relocated to another state shortly after the purchase. While deployed, my financial institution notified me that they had not received the vehicle title.
