I called the dealer. I gave him the stock number of the card that I wanted. They said they had a car I made an appointment. I got there after 35 minutes of driving and they told me the car was broken. They couldn’t sell it because it was damaged And then they offer a different car. What a waste of time so unprofessional.
DO NOT do business with them. It took 3 months for them to switch my title over. They ignored my multiple calls and emails. They didn't do anything until I filed a suit with the arbitration company. They are not responsive in any capacity! Edit: During my purchase Maria was uncertain if the maintenance package was included, she stated she would let me know later that day if it was, she never did. No recomiendo este concesionario, yo compré una Tucson 2022, hace 8 meses. Desde la primera semana me empezó hacer un ruido de reversa y al llevarla a revisión dos veces me dicen que ellos no lo escuchan, al llevarlo a otro concesionario Hyundai dónde no lo compre y no me es válida la garantía, me dicen que es un daño de los discos, pero que si quiero garantía tiene que ser en el lugar donde lo compre.
