Updated: 07/23/24 Absolutely the worst communication I have ever experience from a dealership. I have initiated a lemon law buy back simply because this dealership has called me ONE time in over 33 days. Thats right, my NEW car has been with the dealership for 33 days consecutively for a faulty sunroof, if that makes any sense. When I was purchasing a vehicle they took very good care of me. As a member of the armed forces they were even going out of their way to thank me for my service…. But now that I need help in regards to a tire and wheel claim, they have been impossible to get a hold of, hung up on, and completely ignored. I don’t know who the hiring manager is but wow, I first contacted them about a pre owned vehicle I saw online and it was confirmed it was still there, made the appointment and was there with an hour, on my way there I had about 4-5 people sending me messages left and right.
