Would give 0 Stars if I could. The Doctor was arrogant and condescending, but my wife who had a molar extracted and implant post set feels that they took good care of her. The billing and office staff are horrible and rude. We went for a consultation and were told that they contacted our insurance and that my wife had no benefit left (Complete LIE as verified by Principal later that day) so we were forced to pay for the x-rays they took that day. I had a great experience in the chair, no complaints on the procedure. BUT, billing was a totally different matter. They insisted on having me pay at the time of service even though they did not have an accurate statement from my insurance (Cigna). Less than 5 days later I get an EOB from my insurance showing they overcharged me by a significant amount. Then follows 2 months of promises to resolve the issue and send me a check for the balance.
