They lack communication, don't answer portal messages. It took 3 months to get a physical form my employer back from them after I called several times for it. Today I had an appointment, and as I am pulling in the parking lot, 7 minutes before my appointment, the receptionist called me to reschedule. My appointment was with Dr. Marivel Rapee. I have work, I can't just take time off due to their issues. Currently looking for a new PCP.
The reason I gave it 1 star. These doctors don’t answer emails or E-Visit. I had a question for my PCP. Never got a response, scheduled e-visit it was cancelled as well. There’s no communication, only time you can communicate is when you have a doctor appointment in person. Which can take up weeks to see your physician. I haven’t gotten any help with my current situation. Time to look for a different PCP.
Trying to get refills is a frustrating mess. You leave message but get no refills. Can't even talk to an actual human.
Worst Primary care office ever. Every time i need a refill for my THYROID pills I wait 7-10 days before its refilled. I call multiple times and get the run around. I've never been to a doctors office that makes you wait a week or 2 for a refill. Every time I go I get a student doctor, who once had me on the wrong dosage of medicine for almost a year. And forget about scheduling a yearly visit, theres always a 3 month wait. I'd rather pay and go somewhere else theb have my insurance pay for this place
