I absolutely hate Lehigh Valley and everything they stand for,,, When my Dr office was with Dr Medina and they weren't a part of the awful LVPG. you would call and get the office and they would be helpful and that's that... NOW they are a part of LVPG you get a horrible call center and can never get an appt... I am going to look for another Dr.. which is a shame because Dr Brouse is an awesome Dr and I really like him... If he was smart he would go out on his own and get out of LVPG...
