I was searching for an injury specific massage for a persistent soft tissue injury of my right knee. I stumbled across the 30-minute lymphatic massage for injury or post-surgery and booked. The massage was gentle and thorough on the damaged area. My session was later in the afternoon so I didn’t see a difference until the next morning when there was a visible reduction in swelling, less discomfort, and more mobility. I highly recommend this for general or sports injury recovery.
Paula made me feel very comfortable, the whole experience was amazing! I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for lymphatic draining- I had mine for a post surgical massage. She is very kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back!

Really fantastic experience with Paula and my first lymphatic drainage massage. Paula made sure I understood the process and its benefits, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Highly recommend and I will be returning.
Paula has the most magical hands. She is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. She’s helped me recover from a knee replacement. My only regret is that I didn’t find her sooner!
