I have been servicing my car at LV Hyundai for the last several years. Everyone I have encountered has always been exceptionally professional. I (choose to) work with Dante and he is fantastic. They seeing hundreds of customers a week but he always recognizes me, greets me, abd will stop what he’s doing to help - his customer service is second to none! No matter how busy they are I feel like a priority!
Alex anf team.kept us informed with phone calls and we're very kind. The work was done as soon as parts came in and we received a loaner car for the 10 days it was being fixed, car is running great and the experience was great.
I took my car in to be inspected, and Antonio contacted me after the inspection was done to inform me that there was an issue that he felt would be covered under my warranty. The needed service was completed and covered under the warranty and I’m very thankful for Antonio taking care of that so quickly. The service staff are always friendly, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable, and I highly recommend for people to utilize their services.
My guy Dante always gets the job done any and everything I do my service at this location. Awesome customer service and always makes sure the job gets done at a reasonable time.
